Las figuras de protección de los espacios naturales en las Comunidades Autónomas españolas: una puesta al día

Abstract

In the present article it is made a review to the different figures from protection of spaces that exist and that find representation within the Spanish state. The list includes figures of international kind, as state and local as much. The great variety of typology and the fact that the competitions are in local hands, cause that it is difficult the comparison and the coordination of efforts within the framework of the advisable protection of the environmental and specific diversity. In the future the efforts they have must to orient indeed towards coordinated and overlapped networks in more ample spaces.

En el presente artículo se realiza un repaso a las diferentes figuras de protección de espacios que existen y que encuentran representación dentro del estado español. La lista incluye figuras tanto de índole internacional, como estatal y autonómico. La gran variedad de tipologías y el hecho de que las competencias se encuentren en manos autonómicas, hacen que sea dificultosa su equiparación y la coordinación de esfuerzos en el marco de la conveniente protección de la diversidad ambiental y específica. En el futuro los esfuerzos se deberán orientar precisamente hacia redes más coordinadas e imbricadas en espacios más amplios.
