Using variables which allow measurements to be made of direct cephalic parameters -length, width and height of the head (54.8 + 2.0; 23.0 + 1.2; 27.6 + 0.9) and the cranium (19.7 + 1.3; 18.6 + 1.1; 12.8 + 0.7)- a biomathematical study was made of nineteen Retinta cows, in order to obtain some interesting data to the study of that group. The Pearson"s percent coefficients of variation in all of these parameters are between 3 and 7, which indicates the homogeneity of the results of the group. In the study of the linear simple correlation made between variables we specify the correlation between the principal three cephalic parameters (length, width and height). We also made a multivariate analysis of centroid components in which representation we see an evident anarchy in the order of the cows with respect to the geographic origin and to the farm where they came from. This denote that there are no cephalic differences between the farms that we used, originating from Alto Guadalquivir and from Extremadura.
