Nomina sacra en un ms. inédito de Lucas (Ms BnF, Suppl. gr. 911, año 1043)

Abstract

In this article I attempt to study the abbreviations of the nomina sacra in an unpublished MS, dated in the year 1043 by the scribe himself. The MS contains, leaving aside a few lacunae, a complete Graeco-Arabic of Luke's Gospel. I draw a comparison between its system of abbreviations and that of the papyri of the first eight centuries AD and that of Codex Bezae Cantabrigensis, thus proving one of the New Testament MSS of the late Middle Ages which shows a greater number of abbreviations for the nomina sacra whith a most regular abbreviation system.

Estudio de las abreviaturas de los nomina sacra en un manuscrito inédito fechado por el propio copista en el año 1043, que, a excepción de algunas lagunas, contiene íntegro un evangelio greco-árabe de Lucas. Se compara el sistema de abreviación con el de los papiros de los primeros ocho siglos d.C. y con el Codex Bezae Cantabrigiensis, resultando así uno de los Mss. del NT de los últimos siglos de la Edad Media que más abreviaciones presenta para los nomina sacra y con un sistema más regular.
