dc.description.abstract | Cet article aborde le dernier roman publié par Agustín Gómez-Arcos en France avec une perspective méthodologique interculturelle qui étudie une littérature construite à partir d’une expérience interculturelle et bilingue, à partir de la conjonction de deux mémoires linguistiques et culturelles. La trajectoire de l’écrivain d’origine espagnole passe par la récupération de la mémoire oubliée de l’Espagne qu’il a quittée, l’Espagne qui souffre du conflit fratricide de la Guerre Civile et de la dictature de Franco ; mais aussi par une approche de la culture et de la vie contemporaine de la France qu’il habite. Agustín Gómez-Arcos construit ainsi un véritable projet interculturel dans sa production romancière dont nous analysons ici la fin du parcours dans le rapport de l’écrivain avec son lecteur francophone. Gómez-Arcos laisse, malgré lui, deux romans non publiés où finira en réalité ce projet esthétique interculturel. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | This article centres on Agustín Gómez-Arcos's last novel to be published in France. A cross-cultural methodology has been followed in order to study a literary output stemming from the experience of bilingualism as well as from the association of two distinct cultural memories. The Spanish-born writer embarked on a journey where he delved into Spain's forgotten memory –he left a country devastated by a sanguinary civil war, in the throes of Franco's dictatorship; but he also combined it with an Outlook on the French way of life, France being the country where he was living at the time. Agustín Gómez-Arcos thus developed a genuine crosscultural project within his novels; this paper explores its outcome in the relationship between the writer and his French-speaking readers. This aesthetic and cross-cultural project would reach its conclusion in two novels left unpublished in spite of himself. | es_ES |
