La compétence de lecture et l’enseignement littéraire aux étudiants universitaires d’une langue minor (L3)

Abstract

El artículo analiza la enseñanza de contenidos literarios dirigido a un nivel intermedio (B1) de lengua francesa en el ámbito universitario. La propuesta metodológica tiene en cuenta las aportaciones de l’approche actionnelle en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de las lenguas extranjeras. Es preciso una reflexión sobre lo que se ha considerado siempre como imprescindible para poder acceder al texto literario: un buen dominio de la lengua extranjera y un trabajo estilístico del texto. La teoría de la recepción literaria aporta otro enfoque orientado a un público más amplio, teniendo en cuenta los procesos cognitivos y los procesos estéticos del alumnado.

This article focuses on the way to teach French Literature to university students with only an intermediate level of language. We begin by considering the implications of what has always been a key factor needed to fully understand a literary text: an adequate command of the language and the ability to grasp its stylistic features. To solve the problem we are faced with, we have opted for the Reception Theory as it provides a more accessible approach to the literary documents, and at the same time it allows us to cater for the cognitive and aesthetic processes of the reader.
