Intercultural inclusive education it is not possible in case of peer discriminatory violence, reiterated and cultural
difference based. Ethniccultural discrimination has been studied as prejudice in people socialization. However,
ethniccultural discrimination as dynamic behaviour during childhood and adolescence it is less known. The
aim of this work is to show scientific evidences collected during several years of investigation, related to peer
ethniccultural discrimination, reiterated and under imbalance power situation: ethniccultural bullying. Results
and conclusions are exposed in order to their prevalence, not only related to belonging to different cultural
groups, the moral assessment, their effects and consequences, but also precursors and protectives. This results
allow us to maintain an explicative theory about this peer violence and discrimination phenomena. In order
to prevent and palliate the ethniccultural bullying, is proposed the Intercultural Convivencia Educational
Model (MECI). Its principles and axes are described with the aim of its development in pluricultural schools.
Consider about future investigation lines in ethniccultural bullying, according to improve the effectiveness of
preventing and palliative measures.
