El sistema español de pensiones: Una crisis anunciada

Abstract

Este trabajo de fin de grado aborda el complejo sistema español de pensiones desde una perspectiva nacional e internacional. A través de un recorrido histórico se ha analizado la evolución de la legislación relativa a esta materia en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico, a la vez que se han explicado las implicaciones que las distintas reformas han tenido para el sistema en su conjunto. La Seguridad Social española y la vinculación de la misma con el sistema de pensiones son el foco central de este trabajo. Así mismo se ha realizado un análisis comparado, con la finalidad de analizar los distintos sistemas de pensiones y comprobar la aplicabilidad de las distintas medidas a nuestro sistema de pensiones.

This final degree project addresses the complex issue of the Spanish pension system from a national and international perspective. Through an historical analysis, this project explain the evolution of the legislation related to this matter in our legal system, while at the same time the implications that the various reforms have had for the system as a whole. The Spanish Social Security and its links with the pension system are the central focus of this project. A comparative analysis has also been carried out in order to analyze the different pension systems and verify the applicability of the different measures to our pension system.
