Traducción en contextos especializados (DE-ES): olivicultura

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda la terminología propia de un sector en auge, como es el de la olivicultura. La olivicultura es un sector que está cobrando importancia en el extranjero, por ello hemos decidido aportar más recursos terminológicos en el par de lenguas alemán-español. Partiendo de la hipótesis de que se trata de un lenguaje de especialidad, tomamos como referencia otras investigaciones aplicadas al campo de la agroalimentación y llevamos a cabo un análisis terminológico. Finalmente, ofrecemos un glosario en las lenguas de trabajo de este estudio, y establecemos las oportunas conclusiones.

: This paper studies the terminology of a growing sector: olive farming. The olive farming sector is growing in importance abroad and, therefore, we have decided to provide more terminology resources in German and Spanish. On the premise that it is considered as a specialized language, we take other studies related to agro-industry as benchmark and, afterwards, we carry out an analysis of the terminology used. Finally, we provide a glossary in the working languages of the project and establish the appropiate conclusions.
