Introduction au Droit français pour étudiants en Droit espagnol

Abstract

This paper considers the possibility of teaching an "Introduction to French Law" as an optional course for Spanish Law students. In this respect, we first explain why it would be beneficial for Spanish law students to study at least the basics of French law. Secondly, we explain why it would also be beneficial to teach the course in French. And finally, we share some ideas on how this course could be taught.

Cet article examine la possibilité d'enseigner une "introduction au droit français" en tant que matière optionnelle pour les étudiants en droit espagnols. A cet égard, les raisons pour lesquelles il serait bénéfique pour les étudiants en droit espagnols d'étudier au moins les bases du droit français sont tout d'abord exposées. Dans un deuxième temps, nous expliquons pourquoi il serait également bénéfique d'enseigner le cours en français. Enfin, nous partageons quelques idées sur la manière dont cette matière pourrait être enseignée.
