La justicia en Andalucía durante la Edad Media y Moderna

Abstract

La justicia en Andalucía durante la edad media y la moderna, tuvo a la administración judicial municipal como bastión fundamental a través de los jueces y alcaldes. Para conseguir una justicia eficaz se acude a la figura de los corregidores y en un nivel territorial más amplio a la de los adelantamientos mayores de Andalucía. En este esquema de la justicia territorial andaluza, se ha de considerar la importancia y peculiaridad de la existencia de la Audiencia de Sevilla y del alto tribunal de justicia que fue la Audiencia y Chancillería de Granada, cuya vida concluyó con el fin del Antiguo Régimen.

The justice in Andalucia during the middle ages and the modern one, it had to the judicial municipal administration as fundamental bastion across the judges and mayors. To obtain an effective justice one comes to the figure of the sheriffs and in a more wide territorial level to that of the major advancements of Andalusia. In this scheme of the territorial Andalusian justice, it have to be considered to be the importance and peculiarity of the existence of the Hearing of Seville and of the high court of justice that was the Hearing and Chancilleria of Granada, which life concluded in order the Former Regime.
