Peculiaridades del Consejo Constitucional francés como órgano jurisdiccional

Abstract

En este trabajo se estudian las peculiaridades del Consejo Constitucional Francés, cuya composición responde a la idea de un consejo político, pero que sin embargo tiene atribuciones de un auténtico órgano jurisdiccional. Se ofrece en el trabajo un análisis histórico-jurídico constitucional de su naturaleza, organización, composición y funcionamiento.

In this work there are studied the peculiarities of the Constitutional French Council, which composition answers to the idea of a political advice, but that nevertheless has attributions of an authentic jurisdictional organ. There offers in the work a historical juridical constitutional analysis of his nature, organization, composition and functioning.
