Organización y funcionamiento de los tribunales eclesiásticos en el Derecho Canónico

Abstract

La composición y funcionamiento de los tribunales eclesiásticos diocesanos e interdiocesanos viene regulada por el Código de Derecho Canónico. En este trabajo se estudia su configuración, sus normas, tipos, funciones de sus integrantes y su competencia y atribuciones. La regulación de dichos tribunales, se ha visto completada por la promulgación de la Instrucción Dignitas Connubil, en cuanto al procedimiento para la tramitación de la causas de nulidad matrimonial canónica.

The composition and functioning of the ecclesiastic diocesan and interdiocesan courts comes regulated by the Code of Canon law. In this work there are studied his configuration, his procedure, types, functions of his members and his competition and attributions. The regulation of the above mentioned courts, Dignitas Connubil has met completed by the promulgation of the Instruction, as for the procedure for the processing of the causes of matrimonial canonical nullity.
