Abstract

La ordenanza de reclutamiento militar de 1800 fue la última norma de reclutamiento elaborada en el Antiguo Régimen, y evidencia en su contenido esta naturaleza. Así, por ejemplo, conserva exenciones de carácter estamental, en especial las que hacen referencia a la Iglesia. No obstante, la influencia de la Francia revolucionaria ya comienza a hacerse notar, en el mismo concepto de un ejército formado por ciudadanos.
