Acción de la TRH sobre hipófisis de rata en cultivos organotípicos. II. Estudio ultraestructural y estereológico de las células mamotropas

Abstract

We have made an ultrastructural study of mammotropes celis, in organotypical cultures of the hypophysis, in the presence of TRH, at different doses and cultivation times. The data obtained permit us to conclude that in our experimental conditions the TRH stimulates the liberation and synthesis of PRL in mammotropes cells. This increase appears to be dose -time and intensity related. Stereologic data confirm the increase in the liberation and synthesis of PRL by the action of TRH.

En nuestras condiciones experimentales la. TRH estimula la liberación y síntesis de las mamotropas. Este incremento parece tener una relación dosis-tiempo e intensidad de la respuesta. Los datos estereológicos confirman el incremento en la liberación y síntesis de PRL por acción de la TRH.
