Análisis de la restauración y hospedaje en la ruta gastronómica del jamón del Valle de los Pedroches (Córdoba-España)

Abstract

Las rutas alimentarias forman parte de la oferta turística de una región y autentifican la relación entre producto alimenticio de calidad y el territorio. El jamón ibérico, producto autóctono de España está adquiriendo cada vez mayor importancia desde el punto de vista turístico: visitas a dehesas, secaderos, etc. conforman la oferta turística. En este trabajo se analiza la oferta de restauración y hospedaje existente en la ruta del jamón ibérico del Valle de los Pedroches.

The food routes are part of the tourist offer of a region and authenticate the relationship between quality food product and the territory. Iberian ham, an autochthonous product from Spain, is becoming increasingly important from the tourist point of view: visits to dehesas, dryers, etc. they make up the tourist offer. This work analyzes the offer of restoration and lodging existing in the route of the Iberian ham of the Valley of the Pedroches.
