El Fuero de las Nuevas Poblaciones de Sierra Morena y Andalucía (1767) aproximación a sus ediciones impresas en recopilaciones legislativas de los siglos XVIII y XIX

Abstract

El Fuero de 5 de julio de 1767 actuó como norma básica durante casi siete décadas en las Nuevas Poblaciones de Sierra Morena y Andalucía, unas colonias agrarias fundadas durante el reinado de Carlos III y conformadas a partir de distintos territorios segregados a los reinos de Jaén, Córdoba y Sevilla. En este trabajo ofrecemos un estudio acerca de las diferentes ediciones que se imprimieron en los siglos XVIII y XIX de este corpus legislativo, algo que nos permitirá disponer de un mejor conocimiento de la accesibilidad que la sociedad de esta época tenía a su contenido.

The Charter of July 5, 1767 acted as a basic rule for almost seven decades in the New Settlements of Sierra Morena and Andalusia, agrarian colonies founded during the reign of Carlos III and formed from different territories segregated to the kingdoms of Jaén, Cordova and Seville. In this work we offer a study about the different editions that were printed in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries of this legislative corpus, something that will allow us to have a better knowledge of the accessibility that the society of this time had to its content.
