La Transición vía española a la democracia

Abstract

La Transición española fue una etapa política de gran importancia en la Historia de España. Este año se celebra el XL aniversario de la Constitución Española. En este artículo se tratan los antecedentes, fases y desarrollo de la Transición y desde luego la gestación de la Constitución. Por ello se analizan de manera más profunda los tres decisivos años comprendidos entre 1975 y 1978 desde dos perspectivas fundamentales: la perspectiva legislativa, y la perspectiva humana, tres personas clave que la propiciaron.

The Spanish Transition was a political stage of great importance in the History of Spain. This year marks the XL anniversary of the Spanish Constitution. In this article the antecedents, phases and development of the Transition are treated and of course the gestation of the Constitution. For this reason, the three decisive years between 1975 and 1978 are analyzed in more depth from two fundamental perspectives:

the legislative perspective, and the human perspective, three key people who propitiated it.
