Réquiem por el constitucionalismo moderno

Abstract

Este estudio persigue explicar el origen de las dolencias que hacen agonizar a la Constitución Española de 1978, que muy brevemente pueden condensarse en el premeditado y alevoso crimen contra los principios liberales inspiradores del constitucionalismo moderno. Tras esta descripción, se intentará predecir cuáles pueden ser las alternativas que se ofrecen al nuestro actual modelo y cuál de ellas sería la más plausible.

This study seeks to explain the origin of the ailments that are causing the Spanish Constitution of 1978 to agonise, which very briefly can be condensed into the premeditated and treacherous crime against the liberal principles that inspire modern constitutionalism. After this description, an attempt will be made to predict what alternatives might be offered to our current model and which of them would be the most plausible.
