Abstract
This work presents one case study that took an ADHD-adapted coaching process. The focus on only one client allows for an in-depth examination of the coaching process according to the model presented.
The coaching session requires vigilance and sharpness, coherent thinking, exploring options, choosing alternatives, problem solving, decision making, activating inhibitions in thinking and talking with the coach, raising past successes, examining and learning from them, awareness of tasks and details, building priorities and planning and organizing execution taking into account difficulties and problems along the way. It turns out that the nature of the training discourse, the method of work in coaching and the interaction between the coach and the client, they themselves strengthen the managerial functions and self-regulation. We show the intervention process and the main results achieved.
