Un juez juzgado: abusos en la administración de justicia novohispana

Abstract

El objetivo de esta aportación investigadora histórico-jurídica, se fundamenta en documentar, describir y refIejar la praxis de los vicios y abusos de la administración de justicia en la Nueva España Americana, desvelando la razón última de la gravedad y variedad de los comportamientos delictivos que se producen y que respondieron bien a un paradigma de abusos contra los administrados, indios o españoles, o bien con mayor amplitud a otros intereses y disfunciones que este trabajo desgrana a lo largo de esta exposición sobre la Administración de Justicia Novohispana.

The objective of this historical- legal research contribution is based on documents, describes and reflects the practice of vices and abuses of the administration of justice in New Spain American, revealing the ultimate reason for the severity and variety of criminal behaviors. They produced and responded well to a paradigm of abuses administered, Indian or Spanish, or more broadly to other interests and dysfunctions that this work pinpoints throughout this exhibition on the Administration of Justice Novohispana.
