Hacia la docencia del Derecho Romano del siglo XXI

Abstract

Ante la necesidad de adaptar la enseñanza jurídica a las demandas contemporáneas, se presenta el uso de píldoras informativas en formato podcast como metodología de innovación docente en la impartición de la asignatura de Derecho Romano en el ámbito universitario, concretamente sobre la materia administrativa y fiscal romana. El formato podcast permite una mayor autonomía y flexibilidad en el aprendizaje, al mismo tiempo que ofrece una herramienta para la comprensión de conceptos abstractos y favorece el desarrollo de habilidades concretas y la adquisición de herramientas pedagógicas basadas en los conceptos “Learning by doing” y “Lifelong Learning”.

In response to the evolving demands of modern legal education, this paper explores the integration of podcasts as an innovative teaching methodology within the Roman Law course, specifically focusing on Roman administrative and fiscal law in the university context. The podcast format fosters learner autonomy and flexibility, providing an effective medium for understanding complex and abstract concepts. Furthermore, it supports the development of practical skills and introduces pedagogical approaches grounded in the principles of “Learning by Doing” and “Lifelong Learning”.
