Acercando el zoom. La fotografía como relato pedagógico con mirada feminista en los Grados de Educación

Abstract

El artículo se enmarca en un proyecto de innovación docente (2022-4-4001) desarrollado en el curso académico 2022/2023 en 2º curso en los Grados de Educación Infantil y Educación Primaria en la asignatura Diversidad, Convivencia y Educación Inclusiva. Se utilizó la fotografía para narrar, reflexionar y mejorar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje individual y colectivo. Desde los paradigmas feministas con los aportes de la pedagogía crítica, se han propuesto como objetivos (1) comprender un conjunto de conceptos vinculados a la igualdad de género de manera transversal en la asignatura y (2) establecer vínculos entre este aprendizaje con las vivencias y experiencias durante el proceso de realización de un proyecto que aúna la metodología Aprendizaje-Servicio (ApS) y narración fotográfica (fotolibros). Las actividades realizadas se organizan en dos fases. La primera con talleres formativos sobre el uso de la fotografía como herramienta pedagógica; y la segunda con el desarrollo del proyecto ApS que incluye la narración fotográfica en fotolibros. Los resultados confirman los beneficios de situar al estudiantado como protagonista de su proceso de aprendizaje e interrogar las representaciones dominantes. Para concluir, la oportunidad de aunar ApS y narración fotográfica como herramienta para la transformación social desde la participación y la reflexión feminista.

The article is part of a teaching innovation project (2022-4-4001) developed in the 2022/2023 academic year in the second year of the Early Childhood Education and Primary Education Degrees within the subject of Diversity, Coexistence and Inclusive Education. Photography was used to narrate, reflect and improve the individual and collective teaching-learning process. From feminist paradigms together with the contributions of critical pedagogy, the objectives were (1) to understand a set of concepts linked to gender equality from a cross-curricular viewpoint and (2) to establish connections between this learning and previous experiences during the process of developing a project that combines Service-Learning (SL) methodology and photographic narration (photobooks). The activities are organized in two phases. The first one consists of a photography workshop focused on the use of photography as a pedagogical tool; and the second one in which the SL project that includes the photographic narration in photobooks was developed. The results confirm the benefits of placing the student as the protagonist of their learning process and questioning the dominant representations. To conclude, it is important to highlight the opportunity to combine SL and photographic narration as a tool for social transformation from feminist participation and reflection.
