Narrativa fragmentaria y escritura diarística en la literatura española de la democracia

Abstract

Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar el carácter fragmentario del discurso que puede encontrarse en ciertos diarios personales del contexto español de la democracia. En estos diarios el fragmento condiciona la construcción de un relato literario y, al mismo tiempo, se vincula con la introducción de determinados formatos genéricos relacionados con la literatura ensayística. Este diálogo entre fragmento y relato hacen del diario literario uno de los textos más innovadores de la literatura española reciente, lo que se desarrollará en este trabajo a partir del análisis de los diarios de Trapiello, Jiménez Lozano, Freixas o Uriarte, entre otros.

The aim of this article is to analyse the fragmentary nature of the discourse that can be found in certain personal diaries in the Spanish context of democracy. In these diaries, the fragment conditions the construction of the everyday narrative. At the same time, it is linked to the introduction of certain generic formats related to essayistic literature. This dialogue between fragment and narrative makes the literary diary one of the most innovative texts in recent Spanish literature, which will be developed in this work by analysing the diaries of Trapiello, Jiménez Lozano, Freixas and Uriarte, among others.
