Las rentas mínimas en España

Abstract

El objetivo principal de este trabajo ha sido tratar de analizar el concepto de renta mínima originado desde las instituciones europeas y su transposición al Estado español a través, primeramente, de la implantación de un sistema de rentas mínimas de inserción autonómico y, tras los efectos derivados de la pandemia provocada por la COVID-19, con la creación del Ingreso Mínimo Vital. En este orden de cosas, se muestran las principales diferencias entre los distintos sistemas de rentas mínimas y su nivel de fidelización a la idea europeísta.

The primary objective of this work has been to try to analyze the concept of mínimum income originated from European institutions and its transposition to the Spanish State. This was initially achieved through the implementation of an autonomous regional minimum income system and, following the effects derived from the COVID-19 pandemic, with the creation of the Minimum Living Income. In this context, the main differences between the various mínimum income systems and their level of allegiance to the Europeanist idea are displayed.
