Análisis y previsiones estadísticas sobre la sostenibilidad y las perspectivas de futuro del sistema de pensiones en España

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado busca analizar el contexto, las previsiones de futuro y las soluciones típicas para lograr la sostenibilidad del sistema de pensiones. Para ello, se centrará en el análisis de las previsiones demográficas de España para el año 2040 teniendo en cuenta la edad de los residentes actuales en España para, una vez aplicadas las tasas de mortalidad correspondientes año a año, poder obtener una estimación del número de pensionistas para ese año, así como estimaciones de los cotizantes esperados de cumplirse las previsiones actuales del Gobierno. Todo ello con el objetivo de estimar la evolución de la relación entre pensionistas y cotizantes para analizar la sostenibilidad del sistema y poder calcular cual será tanto la pensión media como la contribución media para que el sistema se mantenga con el mismo saldo que tiene actualmente. De la misma manera, se analizarán las propuestas para hacer sostenible el sistema de pensiones así como su idoneidad para conseguir dicho objetivo.

This Final Degree Project seeks to analyze the context, future forecasts and typical solutions to achieve the sustainability of the pension system. To do this, it will focus on the analysis of the demographic forecasts of Spain for the year 2040, taking into account the age of current residents in Spain so that, once the corresponding mortality rates have been applied year by year, to be able to obtain an estimate of the number of pensioners for that year, as well as estimates of the contributors expected to meet the current government forecasts. All this with the aim of estimating the evolution of the relationship between pensioners and contributors to analyse the sustainability of the system and to be able to calculate what will be both the average pension and the average contribution so that the system remains with the same balance that it currently has. In the same way, the proposals to make the pension system sustainable as well as its suitability to achieve said objective will be analysed.
