Quimerismos celulares 60,XX159,XY t I/29 y 59,XX t I/291 60,XY en el ganado vacuno retinto

Abstract

In a cytogenetic screening of Retinta breed cattle, with the aim to determine the presence and incidence of the 1/29 Robertsonian translocation, some cases of leucocitary chimerism and the 1/29 translocation were observed, beingthe cromosomic constitution 60,XX/59,XY tl/29 and 59,XX t1129/ 60,XY respectively.

En el transcurso de un examen citogenético de la raza vacuna retinta con el fin de determinar la frecuencia de la transiocación robertsoniana 1129, se han observado varios casos de quimerismo leucocitario con la presencia de la translocación 11 29, siendo la constitución cromosómica de 60,XX1 59,XY t I /29 y 59,XX t I /29160,XY respectivamente.
