La futura e hipotética asignatura de Justicia Restaurativa. Guía docente y pasos a seguir

Abstract

Ante el impulso que la justicia Restaurativa está adquiriendo tanto a niveles doctrinales como prácticos, se hace necesario su implantación como asignatura del Grado en Derecho, fomentando así entre el alumnado el conocimiento de las posibles vías de resolución pacífica de conflictos entre los ciudadanos. Se va a promover un estudio doctrinal y pragmático a través del uso de métodos como moot cours, case method y la visualización de series y películas de ficción para ofrecer un conocimiento y una visión actual de las instituciones.

Given the impulse that Restorative Justice is acquiring at both doctrinal and practical levels, it is necessary to implement it as a subject of the Degree in Law, thus promoting among students the knowledge of possible ways of peaceful resolution of conflicts among citizens. A doctrinal and pragmatic study will be promoted through the use of methods such as moot cours, case method and the visualization of fiction TV shows and films to offer a knowledge and a current vision of the institutions.
