Aprendizaje de la asignatura "Procesos especiales" utilizando el instrumento de la jurisprudencia

Abstract

The fundamental aim of the methodology here used, is to implement the education - learning model emphasizing the role of the student through the autolearning guided by the teacher for the development of the competencies. Studying case law the student not only acquires professional competencies of cognitive nature, but by means of the analysis of each particular case and the observation of how the judge solves the case, he will understand the logical - juridical reasoning used by the judge.

El objetivo fundamental de la metodología aquí empleada, es aplicar el modelo de enseñanza-aprendizaje enfatizando el papel del estudiante a través del autoaprendizaje guiado por el profesor para el desarrollo de las “competencias”. Al estudiar la jurisprudencia el alumno no sólo adquiere competencias profesionales de índole cognitiva, sino al situarse en cada caso particular y observar como el juez ha resuelto ese caso en concreto, entenderá el razonamiento lógico-jurídico utilizado por el juzgador.
