Estudio del sistema apertural de Hedysarum L. y Onobrychis Miller (Fabaceae) y sus implicaciones taxonómicas

Abstract

Se ha estudiado la estructura del sistema apertural de las especies ibéricas de los géneros Hedysamm L. y Onobtychis Miller: H. coronarium L., H. spinosissimum L., H. glometarum F. G. Dietrich, H. humile L., O. saxatilis (L.) Lam., O . supina (Chaix) DC., O stenorrhiza DC., O. peduncularis (Cav.) DC., O. argenta Boiss., O. reuteri Leresche, O. caputgalli (L.) Lam., mediante microscopía óptica, electrónica de barrido y transmisión. Según nuestras observaciones todas las especies estudiadas presentan ectoapertura de tipo colpo con membrana apertural operculada, existiendo ciertas diferencias en el sistema apertural referidas sobre todo el tipo de costillas y de endoapertura, que permiten separar dos tipos de sistemas aperturales: a) Aperturas tipo Hedysarum con costillas marcadas y endoapertura circular, y b) Aperturas tipo Onobrychis con endoapertura lolongada y costillas suaves. Hay que hacer notar, sin embargo, que H. humile presenta granos de polen semejantes a los del género Onobrychis.

The structure of the apertural system of the Iberian scpecies of the genera Hedydarum L. and Onobrychis Miller: H. coronarium L., H. spinosissimum L., H. glometarum F. G. Dietrich, H. humile L., O. saxatilis (L.) Lam., O . supina (Chaix) DC., O stenorrhiza DC., O. peduncularis (Cav.) DC., O. argenta Boiss., O. reuteri Leresche, O. caputgalli (L.) Lam. Was studies by light, scanning and transmission electron microscopy. The species studied have a colpus type ectoaperure with an operculate apertural membrane. There are differences in the structure of the apertura especially of the costae and endoaperture. Base don these differences two apertural types are recognised: a) Hedysarum type apertures with a marked costae and cirduale endoaperture, and b) Onobrychis types aperures with a soft costae and lolongated endoaperture. It is noteworthy that H. Humile has pollen grains similar to that the genus Onobrychis.
