Terminología, medicina gráfica y traducción (alemán-español): estudio aplicado a la traducción de textos sobre la enfermedad de Alzheimer

Abstract

Con el presente trabajo se pretende tender un puente entre la terminología, la medicina gráfica y la traducción especializada en el ámbito de las enfermedades neurodegenerativas. Para ello, se proponen un corpus textual y una serie de fichas terminológicas bilingües (DE-ES) donde se examinan los términos más frecuentes, atendiendo a las necesidades del público especializado y del público lego.

The aim of this thesis is to bridge the gap between terminology, graphic medicine, and specialized translation in the field of neurodegenerative diseases. In order to achieve this goal, a textual corpus and a series of bilingual terminological cards (German and Spanish) are elaborated, and the most frequent terms are examined, attending to the needs of a receiver who is already familiar with the field and a receiver who is not familiar with it at all.
