Abstract

Aproximación al análisis del tránsito del Antiguo al Nuevo régimen y la influencia de las ideas de la Ilustración en los textos jurídicos del momento. El corpus de nuestro trabajo son las obras y el pensamiento de François-Marie Arouet (Voltaire), Jean- Jacques Rousseau, Immanuel Kant, Nicolás de Condorcet, Olympe de Gouges y John Stuart Mill, entre otros. A través de sus escritos pretendemos acercarnos a su visión sobre el concepto de FELICIDAD. Seguidamente analizaremos como este concepto se extrapoló a los textos jurídicos de la época

Approach to the analysis of the transit from the Old to the New regime, and the influence of the ideas of the Enlightenment in the legal texts of the moment. The corpus of our work are the works and the thought of intellectuals of the time such as: François- Marie Arouet (Voltaire), Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Immanuel Kant, Nicolas de Condorcet, Olympe de Gouges and John Stuart Mill, among others.
