Le travail des enfants esclaves au Siècle d’or dans l’Espagne du Sud

Abstract

En este artículo me interesaré por el trabajo de los niños esclavos en el sur de España en los siglos de Oro. Esta encuesta pretende mostrar cómo el trabajo exigido a estos niños varía según su edad y, por tanto, según sus habilidades psicomotoras. Otras cuestiones precisan esta investigación, a saber, si el género y la “raza”, entendida en el sentido del origen de los jóvenes, tienen influencia en el trabajo requerido y en la adquisición de estos pequeños.

In this article I will discuss slave child labor in southern Spain during the Golden Age. This survey aims to show how the work required of these children varies according to their age and therefore their psychomotor abilities. Other questions clarify this research, namely whether gender and “race”, understood in the sense of the origin of the young person, have an influence either in the work required or in the acquisition of these children.
