dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tiene como finalidad destacar la complejidad del arte retórico, señalando cinco vías de desarrollo de mismo: técnica, didáctica, ciencia, ética y praxis dialéctica. Esta división funcional se intenta trasladar al ámbito de la retórica forense. En este sentido, se plantea el estudio de la retórica forense como técnica, didáctica, ciencia, ética y práctica dialéctica al tiempo que se presentan diversas propuestas teórico-filosóficas del derecho en consonancia con esta estructuración de la retórica jurídica.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present work aims to highlight the complexity of the rhetorical art, focusing five ways of development: technical, didactic, science, ethic and dialectical praxis. This functional division is been moved to the field of the legal rhetoric. In this sense, it will be offer the study of the legal rhetoric as a technical, didactic, science, ethic and dialectical praxis, moreover it will be explain different proposals theoretical and philosophical about the Law according to this structuring of the legal rhetoric.es_ES
