Modificaciones del epididimo en ratas Wistar macho tratadas con estradiol y acetato de trenbolona

Abstract

In the present work we have studied the alterations in Wistar mate rats epididymis treated with oestradiol and trenbolo"ne acetate. The more important modifications are an intensive intersticial edema, and a degeneration of the epididymis wall cells, though such cells recuperate themselves lately. On the other hand alterations in the conducte content, representated for a cualitative alteration and cuantitative spermatozoa decrease, are observed.

En el presente trabajo hemos estudiado las alteraciones que se presentan en el epidídimo de ratas Wistar macho tratadas subcutáneamente con estradiol y acetato de trenbolona. Las lesiones de mayor importancia las podemos resumir en un fuerte edema intersticial, degeneración de las células de la pared de los conductos del epidídimo y alteraciones en el contenido de los conductos, revelada por una alteración cualitativa y una disminución cuantitativa de los espermatozoides.
