Margarita Landi and Mary Noticias were two protagonists of a Spain that was opening up to the outside world; two characters who broke with the stereotypes of their time. They showed that women could not only perform those professions that were an extension of household activities or their role as caregivers, but exercised trades that until then had been done by men, and allowed a generation of girls and young people to dream. These teenagers could dream of doing other jobs, being adventurous and taking charge of their lives.es_ES
