Diferenciación y maduración citoarquitectónica del prosencéfalo del perro

Abstract

An initial study undertaken with a view to interpretate the growth and cytoarquitectonic maturity in the prosencephalon of the dog in embryonic and phoetal stages. The Kluver-Barrera method was used allowing observation of the study, as well as the appearance of neurons positive to luxol in the distinct center of the substratum studied, which integrate themselves to the functionalism of the system, and, the appearance of myeline related to the nerve fiber allowing the study of the chronology of the citoarchitectonic maturity of the observed sustratum. So now with ultrastructural analysis we can check the celular differentiation and the state of axor is maturity of the contemplated territories.

Se realiza un estudio inicial con vistas a interpretar el desarrollo morfogenético y maduración citoarquitectónica del prosencéfalo de perro en épocas tanto embrionarias como fetales. Para ello se utiliza el método de Kluver-Barrera, que permite observar el estado proliferativo, emigratorio y de agotamiento de las matrices en los estadios que se examinan, así como la positividad neuronal al luxol en distintos centros en estudio que integran su actividad al funcionalismo del sistema, y la aparición de mielina relacionada con la fibra nerviosa, permitiendo con todo ello explorar la cronología de maduración citoarquitectónica de los substratos que se observan. Así mismo, con el análisis ultraestructural, se hace una aportación a la diferenciación celular al igual que al estado de madurez exónica de los territorios que se contemplan.
