El profesor de hoy y del mañana, ¿cuestión de competencias?

Abstract

La síntesis que se expresa mediante la declaración de cambio de perspectiva desde la actividad del profesor hasta el aprendizaje de los estudiantes requiere de una concreción que puede efectuarse mediante la selección y definición del conjunto de actividades que deben desarrollar los estudiantes en base al logro de unas determinadas competencias. Frente a una concepción de la enseñanza que centra la mayor parte de las actividades sobre las clases teóricas, los títulos de grado impulsan un enfoque más plural del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje Este trabajo presenta la opinión vertida por un grupo de estudiantes universitarios sobre las dimensiones competencias que contribuyen a construir el perfil de un buen docente universitario

The synthesis that is expressed by the declaration of change of perspective from the activity of the teacher up to the learning of students requires a realization that it may be effected by the selection and definition of the set of activities that must develop the students on the basis of the achievement of certain powers. Compared to a concept of education that focuses the bulk of the activities on the theoretical classes, the degree titles are driving a more pluralistic approach the teaching-learning process. This work presents the view shed by a group of university students about the skills that contribute to build the profile of a good university teaching
