De Consuelo Berges a Mauro Armiño: un corpus de las mejores traducciones del francés

Abstract

À partir d’un corpus de traductions du français lauréates avec le Prix National de Traduction espagnol (1956-2010), plusieurs aspects voulant contribuer a l’élargissement de l’histoire de la traduction et de la sociologie de la traduction sont analysés, tout spécialement la visibilité des prix de traduction et leur réception, le statut et l’évolution du français dans cette trajectoire, la reconnaissance du travail des traducteurs à partir de leur expérience, les genres les plus enclins aux prix, les décalages temporels entre les oeuvres originelles et les traductions, le degré de survivance et de canonicité des traductions.

From a corpus of translations from the French awarded with the Spanish National Prize of Translation (1956-2010), some aspects referring to the history and sociology of translation are analyzed, especially the following aspects: issues related to the professional activity of translators, the visibility of the prizes and their degree of acceptance, the status and evolution of the French Language, the translators’ work recognition from their experience, the most likely genres to be awarded, timing differences between original works and translations, and the degree of survival and canonicity of the translations.
