El impacto de las ayudas europeas a la I+D+i en el sector agroalimentario desde una perspectiva de género: proyectos financiados en Andalucía por el Sexto y Séptimo Programa Marco

Abstract

El presente trabajo de tesis plantea como objetivo principal estudiar el impacto de la inversión en I+D+i financiada con fondos europeos del Sexto y Séptimo Programa Marco de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico (en adelante, VIPM y VIIPM) en el sector Agroalimentario en Andalucía, analizado desde una perspectiva de género. En una primera parte, realizamos un análisis de la I+D+i agroalimentaria en Andalucía y se lleva a cabo una aproximación conceptual de la perspectiva de género y la evolución del marco institucional internacional, europeo, estatal y autonómico desde esta perspectiva. Finalizando con la exposición de indicadores de género. En una segunda parte, abordamos la investigación empírica, a fin de evaluar los proyectos objeto de estudio, desde una perspectiva de género. Primero, se establecen los aspectos metodológicos de la investigación y, a continuación, se analizan los datos recopilados a través de los cuestionarios. Para ello, se utiliza el programa estadístico Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, SPSS IBM. Para terminar, presentamos los resultados más relevantes obtenidos y las conclusiones extraídas, así como las posibles líneas futuras de investigación.

The main objective of this thesis is to study the impact of investment in R+D+i financed with European funds of the Sixth and Seventh Framework Program for Research and Technological Development (from now on, VIPM and VIIPM) in the Agrifood sector in Andalusia, analyzed from a gender perspective. In the first part, we carry out an analysis of agri-food R&D in Andalusia and a conceptual approach on the gender perspective and the evolution of the international, European, state and regional institutional framework from this perspective. Ending with the presentation of gender indicators. In a second part, we perform the empirical research in order to evaluate the projects under study. In the first place, the methodological aspects of the research are established, and then, the data collected through the questionnaires are analyzed. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, SPSS IBM, was used for this purpose. Finally, we present the most relevant results obtained and the conclusions, as well as possible future lines of research.
