Abstract

En el Cancionero de Baena se documentan por vez primera palabras de la vida corriente, cuyo estudio constituye una baceta importante para el registro coloquial de la lengua de finales del siglo XIV y principios del siglo XV. Tales vocablos, en los que puede constatarse la innovación lingüística o la creación léxica, se utilizan como recurso expresivo. Su palpable polisemia generalizada hace necesario recurrir a la intención pragmática para deshacer la posible ambigüedad.
