Apuntes sobre las vicisitudes del 'modelo genealógico' en el Poema de Fernán González

Abstract

Se analiza las relaciones entre genealogía y génesis en el discurso del Poema de Fernán González, destacando las funciones de ejemplaridad que resultan. Destaca la identificación del héroe y la nación castellana, con su valor político y social sobre lo estrictamente individual.

In this paper I discuss the relations between genealogy and genesis in the discourse of Poema de Fernán González, laying the emphasis on the resulting functions of exemplarity. The identification of the heroc and the Casti I lian nation stand out, its political and social value overriding the strictly personal one.
