Hidatidosis ovina. I. El pH y los niveles de sodio y potasio en el líquido hidatídico

Abstract

The inorganic compouns of the hydatid liquid, sodium and potasium, and the pH, were investigated in cyst obtained from liver and lungs of sheep killed at, the Municipal Slaughter-houses of Almería, Córdoba and Madrid (Spain). The obtained data were related to the localization, fertility and viability of the cysts. There are significative correlation between the pH of the hydatid liquid from hepatical localizations, and its fertility and viability. There are not significative correlation between the sodium and potassium levels of the hydatidic liquid from different localizations.

Se investigan componentes inorgánicos y el pH de cada líquido hidatídico obtenido" de quistes de 365 ovinos sacrificados en los Mataderos Municipales de Córdoba, Almería y Madrid. Los resultados ontenidos se refieren. a la fertilidad, viabilidad y localización de los quistes, relacionándolos con los valores de pH, sodio y potasio de su líquido hidatídico, encontrando diferencias significativas en los valores del pH.en aquellos quistes de localización hepática, mientras que la significación de "los diferentes niveles de sodio y potasio en las distintas localizaciones fue negativa.
