Abstract

Este artículo ahonda en la vida de esta saga familiar de escultores, situados entre finales del s. XVIII y todo el s. XIX. Igualmente, se aborda documentalmente, el descubrimiento de una imagen mariana realizada por Diego, así como la aparición de una escultura hagiográfica de Mateo, y se plantea la hipótesis de que otras imágenes marianas fueran realizadas por ambos.

This article delves into the life of this family saga of sculptors, located between the end of the 18th century and the entire 19th century. Equally, the discovery of a Marian image made by Diego, as well as the apparition of a hagiographic sculpture of Matthew, are approached, and it has been hypothesized that other Marian images were made by both of them.
