Tipología y análisis de los textos mercantiles en la traducción jurídico-económica

Abstract

En el presente estudio diferenciaremos entre el lenguaje general y los lenguajes especiales o de especialidad. Son muchos los autores que han tratado de definir dichos conceptos y aquí trataremos de conocer los más importantes. Igualmente profundizaremos, dentro de los lenguajes especiales, en los textos jurídicos-económicos centrándonos principalmente en los mercantiles; su tipología y géneros y exponiendo ejemplos de cada uno de ellos. Con esto, pretendemos no solo dar al traductor o al estudiante de traducción las herramientas necesarias para comprender mejor el texto para su futura traducción, sino también que el lector español o el lector lego pueda comprender este tipo de textos sin la ayuda de un especialista.

In the present work, we are going to establish somedifferences between general languages and special languages. There are a lot of authors who have tried to define these concepts and we will specifyhere the most important ones. Furthermore we will go deeply into the different kind of special languages; mainly in the legal-economic texts and commercial ones. We are going to study the typology, genres and give examples of each one. Consequently we tend to give the translator or the translation student the necessary tools to understand the text and to be able to translate it later and we also pretend that the reader without special knowledgewill understand these kind of texts without asking an expert.
