Los Liederistas. La literatura aplicada al canto: una propuesta didáctica a través de la traducción

Abstract

Los profesores de los Conservatorios de Música que imparten la asignatura de alemán aplicado fundamentan el aprendizaje de esta asignatura en la parte vocal por parte del alumnado y se centran en solucionar los aspectos interpretativos vocales, prestando una limitada atención a los matices literarios de los textos. Desgraciadamente, nos encontramos con frecuencia alumnos que cuando ejecutan un Lied, la comprensión del texto se pierde por completo debido a que desconocen la lengua, temática o intencionalidad de los textos. El presente trabajo pretende convertirse en un nuevo método metodológico a través de la traducción y comentario de los Lieder. La traducción y comentario de los Lieder ayudaría a mejorar la interpretación musical por parte del alumnado proporcionándole más sensibilidad y emocionalidad; porque no es lo mismo cantar al amor que a la muerte.

Music Conservatory teachers who teach the subject of applied German base the learning of this subject on the vocal part of the students and focus on solving the vocal interpretative aspects, paying limited attention to the literary nuances of the texts. Unfortunately, we often find that when students perform a Lied, the understanding of the text is completely lost because they do not know the language, subject matter or intentionality of the texts. The present work aims to become a new methodological method through the translation and commentary of the Lieder. The translation and commentary of the Lieder would help to improve the students' musical interpretation by providing them with more sensitivity and emotionality; because it is not the same to sing to love as to death.
