LOMLOE promotes inclusive and equitable quality education. In this paper we will analyze whether progress is being made in Spain in improving social inclusion and education integration of migrants, as indicated in Goal 15 of the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration. The responses of 378 participants were analyzed on the evaluation of the right to education, evaluation of the impact of the incorporation of immigrants in educational centers, evaluation of the perception of xenophobia and economic evaluation. The most people believe that immigrants have the right to education and that their inclusion in the classroom is enriching, although it is considered that educational levels have dropped due to immigrants and that schools with a higher number of immigrants should have a larger economic budget.
