La traducción francés-español de documentos jurídicos: la terminología en la nómina y la fiche de paie

Abstract

In this paper we are goingto analyse in contrast the Spanish payroll model and the French bulletin de salaire, both being the graphic expression of the wage. The underlying social reality is identical in both countries and is nothing more than the model of economic and social organisation in force in our era. The starting concept would be the salary, as old as its own etymology, and we will study the payroll as a documentary typology, but not only in terms of its textual characteristics (macrostructure, lexicon...) but also extratextually, as an expression, sometimes, of different realities. Thus, once again, the anisomorphism characteristic of legal translation is verified.

En elpresente trabajo vamos a analizarde manera contrastiva el modelo de nómina española yel bulletin de salairefrancés, siendo ambos la expresióngráficadel salario. La realidad social que subyacees idéntica en ambos países y no es sino el modelo deorganización económicay socialvigente ennuestra era. El concepto de partida sería el salario, tan antiguo como su propia etimología y estudiaremos la nómina como tipología documental, pero no solamente en cuanto a sus características textuales (macroestructura, léxico...) sino también extratextuales, en tanto que expresión, a veces, de realidades diferentes. Se verifica así, una vez más, el anisomorfismo característico de la traducción jurídica.
